Overview

As a Project Manager, Marty coordinates the services of the design team, contractor team, and manages the budget and schedule to bring his projects to completion on time and within budget. Joining the PCI team as a Partner in 2022, Marty is excited to help establish PCI as a leader in Education capital project management, and bring his expertise to bear for all of PCI’s diverse clients. 

 

Experience

Drawing on decades of experience in the education sector, Marty has managed projects from mechanical upgrades to $70+ million dollar renovation and new construction projects. Marty has been recognized for his excellent work, winning the Vermont School Facilities Person of the Year in 2021. Over his career Marty has managed projects large and small, often working in occupied spaces and with tight budgets and timeframes. 
 

Background

Marty grew up in Vermont, leaving to attend college at Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida. Having returned to Vermont, Marty enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. Together they love camping in the summer, and skiing and snowmobiling in the winter.
