Overview

Natty Jamison joined PCI in 2019 as a Project Coordinator, quickly advancing to Associate Project Manager, and then Project Manager in 2021. In this capacity he assists clients in developing project scope and budget, coordinates the services of the design team and contractor team, and helps ensure the Owner’s priorities are successfully met. In the spring of 2022, Natty and Marty Spaulding partnered to purchase PCI. 

 

Experience

Spending his high school and college summers working as a carpenter’s assistant with Red House Building, Natty gained valuable field experience. After graduating, he spent a summer with Hillwood Development in Texas, where he learned from experienced project managers on multi-million dollar housing projects. Returning to Vermont for the UVM MBA program, Natty accepted a position at PCI, focusing  instead on an ‘on-the-job’ education. At PCI Natty has managed projects large and small, from re-roofing projects, to multi-million dollar renovation and new construction projects. 
 

Background

Natty grew up in Burlington, Vermont. He left to attend Kenyon College in Ohio, after which he lived and worked in Dallas, and Chicago. Returning to Vermont, Natty enjoys spending time with family & friends, outings on the lake, cooking, and skiing the Green Mountains.
