Overview
Paul brings 20+ years of practical Architectural and project management experience to the projects he leads. His strengths include Project Scheduling, identification of critical path items, Cost Estimating, Value Engineering, and advising on Building Energy performance.
With his architectural background, Paul's practical knowledge is an asset to our clients in keeping projects on time and within budget.
Experience
Paul graduated from Roger Williams University with a five year accredited degree in Architecture. His career evolved as a Facilities Architect at North Carolina University, where he managed significant projects totaling over 200m in infrastructure and design. Relocating to Vermont in 2014, Paul worked with The Design Group, in Warren VT, on resort & hospitality projects. He joined Northland Design & construction Group in 2016 where he began leading projects as Construction Manager, using his architectural background to provide leadership in both design & construction.
Background
Paul grew up in Suffield, CT the ninth of ten children, summering with his maternal Grandmother in the Northeast Kingdom. These early roots in Vermont brought him to move and settle here in the Green Mountain State in 2014. Paul enjoys many outdoor activities in his free time, including sailing on his sailboat moored on Lake Champlain, skiing, snowmobiling, fishing and travel.
