The PCI team has completed numerous projects with the University of Vermont Medical Center (UVMMC) and was ready to take on the Essex Adult Primary Care facility. PCI was involved in this project from the early conceptual stage through facility commissioning. The project management duties within PCI changed hands, from founder of PCI, Tom, to Hunter & Natty, as the project went from design to construction. The project was built utilizing a construction manager design/build project delivery method, which fostered a team-driven approach with all parties working in the best interest of the project. The construction of the facility was accomplished in just under a year, coming to a close in April 2020. This project was completed on time and under budget.
