COLCHESTER FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITION ASSESSMENT
Colchester, Vermont
2020

Colchester Fire Dept.png

When the Town of Colchester decided to bring its three separate fire houses into a unified district, they brought Peterson Consulting on to perform condition assessments. We approached this project as a team, and produced detailed analyses of each fire house’s short and long-term needs. Included in this report were Rough Order of Magnitude estimates for each item requiring attention. These estimates, and their associated timelines, will help the Town of Colchester plan and prepare for the years ahead, and for a successful unification of the fire district.
