Project Overview:
PCI was brought in to serve as the Owner’s Project Manager for North Country Supervisory Union’s HVAC project at Charleston Elementary School. PCI worked with the Owner in identifying and hiring contractors, ordering the new HVAC system/pellet boilers, and ensuring the project stayed on track and within budget.
