Milton Mobile Home Co-Op Projects

PCI serves as the Owner’s Representative overseeing the improvements to the water infrastructure at Milton Mobile Home co-op. A 99-site resident owned mobile home park, this project required extensive upgrades to the water infrastructures system. PCI is working closely with the Owner and Commonland Solutions to ensure this project is on track and there is minimal inconvenience to the resident of the community during construction. Clerk of the work like services were also provided.
Alburgh Family Clubhouse engaged PCI as Owner’s Project Manager overseeing their Alburgh Early Childcare Center project from conceptual design through construction. This will be a non-profit, full day, full year, high quality Early Care and Education program in a new, state-of-the-art childcare facility in Alburgh Village. This Project will address significant unmet need for affordable child-care in Grand Isle County, particularly in Alburgh.

Town of Colchester New Recreation Center
Services: Clerk of the Work/Project Management
Location: Colchester, Vermont
Completion: February 2025
PCI was brought on to serve as Owner Adviser as well as perform Clerk of the Works responsibilities on the new Recreation Center for the Town of Colchester. PCI has provided oversight on budget, ensured the schedule remains on track, assisted with procurement of the team, amongst other tasks.
City of Rutland Capital Planning Program
Services: Capital Planning Services
Location: Rutland, VT

PCI was brought on by the City of Rutland to conduct a city wide facilities condition assessment of their municipality buildings, property, spaces, and other assets for the purpose of developing a long-term capital plan to address the city’s capital needs. This includes the creation of a Capital Planning Program document, meeting with various stakeholders, assessing the facilities and assets to determine what construction or renovation needs to be done, and a presentation to the Capital Improvements Program Committee and Board of Alderman. PCI will also do work for the City of Rutland in 2025 in regards to creating an recommend update for the Capital Improvement Program based on the new fiscal year changes.


Washington County Courthouse and Sheriff's Office
Services: Owner's Project Managers/FEMA Coordinator
Location: Washington County, Vermont
Completion: 2024
After the historic flood damage in July, 2023, PCI was engaged as Owner’s Project Manager / FEMA Coordinator for Public Assistance grants for Washington County. PCI is contracted to oversee all aspects of the project from pre-planning and budget work, to design development, contractor oversight, and construction administration. PCI will also coordinate the relocation of each department and the decommissioning of the previously occupied spaces. The Scope includes ongoing submissions to FEMA and the insurance provider, and record keeping for financial reimbursement.
St.Albans New Town Hall

PCI is proud to have served as Owner’s Project Manager for the Town of Saint Albans new Town Hall from Pre-Construction through project Closeout. This complex project was completed on budget despite challenging site conditions. PCI facilitated the development and procurement of Owner Cost items, and coordinated the delivery, storage, and installation of new equipment. Natty also procured moving services, helped to coordinate what existing equipment was to move from the existing town hall, and coordinated movers on the move day itself.

Southern State Correctional Facility
Services: Estimation Project

In 2020, PCI was engaged by the Architect to provide an estimate for the Southern State Correctional Facility Door Control Replacement project, DOC requested improvements, and other major maintenance projects. PCI provided an estimate and narrative report with an in-depth estimate of the various scope items, including cost breakdown of each one. In addition to providing the cost of the proposed renovations, PCI had to also consider the logistics and phasing of working within the correctional facility when providing the estimate. Performing this estimate also required detailed research into appropriate materials and vendors for the setting.
