Project Overview:
Alburgh Family Clubhouse engaged PCI to serve as both the Owner’s Project Manager and Clerk of the Works on their Alburgh Early Childcare Center project from conceptual design through construction phase. This project is funded by the USDA. This center will be a non-profit, full day, full year, high quality early-care and education program in a new, state-of-the-art childcare facility in Alburgh Village. This project addresses the significant need for affordable child-care in Grand Isle County, specifically Alburgh.
