Project Overview:

PCI serves as the Owner’s Representative overseeing the improvements to the water infrastructure, home relocation, electrical upgrades, and a variety of other projects at Milton Mobile Home co-op. A 99-site resident owned mobile home park, this project required extensive upgrades to the water infrastructures system. PCI is working closely with the Owner and Commonland Solutions to ensure this project is on track and there is minimal inconvenience to the resident of the community during construction. Clerk of The Work Services are also being provided.
