Project Overview:
PCI was brought on to serve as the Owner Adviser and preform Clerk of the Work responsibilities for the Town of Colchester new Recreation Center. PCI provided oversight on budget, ensured the schedule remained on track, and with procurement of the design team and contractor, amongst other tasks. One of our designated Clerk of the Works was on sight during the construction phase, providing daily reports and ensuring the contractors stayed on schedule. This project finished on budget and the Center opened ahead of schedule.
