David Armstrong

David joins the PCI team with over two decades of industry experience, having worked in Clerk of the Works, Planning Manager, and Foreman roles. A lifelong Vermonter, his most recent project was acting as Clerk of the Works at the new Burlington High School. Detail-oriented and highly driven, David brings invaluable knowledge and skills that will help PCI grow. Utilizing the skills he learned throughout his career, David is dedicated to ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to plan. He creates positive relationships wherever he goes, working well with contractors, architects, engineers, and others on the job site. PCI is lucky to have him as part of our Project Manager and Clerk of the Works teams.
