The North Country Supervisory Union (NCSU) will be accepting bids from Mechanical Contractors (MC) for the replacement of the four (4) Oil Boilers with a new Pellet Fired Boiler in combination with a supplemental LP Boiler at the Brighton Elementary School located at 825 Railroad Street in
Island Pond, VT. The project is as shown and outlined in the contract documents within this RFP. The MC will be the lead contractor for this project.

The project involves removing existing door and / or door frames to make the doors ADA Handicap Accessible as shown and outlined in the contract documents within this RFP. The GC will be the lead contractor for this project.

The Maple Run School District (MRUSD) will be accepting bids from General Contractors (GC) for the replacement of the Cafeteria HVAC unit and a new Kitchen Hood Make-up Air Unit project at the St. Albans City Elementary School (SACS) located at 29 Bellows Street in St. Albans City, VT. The project is as shown and outlined in the contract documents within this RFP. The GC will be the lead contractor for this project.

BFA St. Albans High School Window Replacement

The Maple Run School District (MRUSD) will be accepting bids from General Contractors for the replacement of windows located at the BFA High School located at 71 South Main Street, City of St. Albans. The project involves the removal of existing windows, repairs of window openings, installation of the new windows, sheetrock repairs, painting, and new window trim. The contract documents are included within this RFP.

BHS Stormwater Enhancements and Baseball Field Renovation
Owner: Burlington School District
Due Date: March 31, 2026
The Burlington School District invites interested Sitework Contractors to submit a Request for Proposal for their upcoming Stormwater Enhancements and Baseball Field Renovation Project.
Project Scope: The project consists of excavating and restoring the existing infield of the baseball field and backfilling with sand and clay to better mediate water removal from the fields. The project will also include enhancements to the stormwater outfall to meet ADA compliance. Landscaping will be installed throughout this area to provide a “park like” atmosphere. Contractors need to follow the contract documents and Instruction to Bidders for the work as needed at the school.
The project start date is June 2026 to be completed by August 2026. This project is being funded through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which will require contractors to follow Davis Bacon requirements. This project is subject to Build America, Buy America (BABA).
