Project Overview

PCI was pleased to work with our long time client, the Vermont Housing Finance Agency (VHFA) on both the first and second phase of the East Branch Housing project. Owned by Shires Housing and located in Manchester, Vermont, this development is a mix of affordable and market rate housing. PCI completed monthly site visits to keep VHFA and their funding partner Vermont Housing and Conservation Board (VHCB) up to date on the project’s progress. Each inspection was followed up with a written report that was submitted to VHFA and VHCB in a timely manner. This project was completed on time and under budget.
